Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to ensure clients receive excellent service and to maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier staff. You will support commercial lines accounts, prepare quotes, respond to inquiries, and manage renewals with accuracy.

Applicants should have insurance experience and a high school diploma (college preferred). A hybrid work schedule may be offered after probation, depending on location.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance experience is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED (college preferred).
• Ability to interact with all levels and use a computer.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate positive relationships with clients and carrier staff.
• Assist the team managing book of commercial lines accounts, including marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals.
• Respond quickly to policy inquiries via email and phone and maintain renewal controls.
• Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy and maintain organized account files.
