Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to support commercial lines clients in a busy, hybrid office environment. You will act as the key contact for clients and carriers, prepare quotes and proposals, and manage inquiries while ensuring accurate policy documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and organization skills, and comfort working with MS Office and Outlook. The role offers a hybrid schedule depending on location and office needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Previous insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; able to interact with all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact to support commercial lines accounts and manage client relationships.
• Market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals, and respond to policy inquiries by email or phone.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders; check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy.
• Maintain organized account files and coordinate with the teambymanagingabook of accounts.
