This role will be responsible for developing critical training resources (including Articulate Rise or Storyline courses, videos, and job aids), facilitating live training sessions, providing hands‑on learner support, and regularly meeting with project/product teams to ensure go‑live and post‑go‑live readiness.

  • Designs and develops a variety of instructional materials, including guides, job aids, presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and other digital content.
  • Translates identified performance gaps and business needs into learning requirements and measurable learning objectives.
  • Selects appropriate instructional strategies to meet the needs of specialized audiences.
  • Conducts QA, establishes templates and governance standards, and maintains inventory of learning materials and shared team resources.
  • Uploads and maintains training materials in team repositories and the LMS as needed.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Two to four (2-4) years of experience working in instructional design, learning and development, or consulting environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, SnagIt, Captivate, Photoshop, Adobe Premier and/or Camtasia.
  • Ability to prepare content with clear, concise, compelling value.
  • Ability to apply adult learning theory principles and instructional design techniques to the creation of interactive eLearning and blended learning solutions.
  • Ability to incorporate multiple media elements and/or gamification in learning programs including audio, video, animation, simulation, and graphics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people across functional areas and levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to define efficient processes and procedures
  • Experienced professional with deep knowledge and actionable experience (domain level) who works largely independently against defined objectives, contributes actively in team and technical conversations, understands product functionality, and makes solutions better through thoughtful, user-centered design and delivery that strengthens adoption outcomes.
