You will collaborate with SMEs, design AI-enhanced learning experiences, and create facilitator and student guides while applying ADDIE and adult learning principles. This hybrid role may require up to 25% travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Needs assessments to identify performance gaps and define course goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microlearning, web-based training, and instructor-led programs.
• Create content including instructor guides and student guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects using PM best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve solutions.
• Stay current with instructional design trends and technologies.
