Partner’s Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I in New York, NY (hybrid) for the Digital Training team. The role blends instructional design with hands-on training delivery to support enterprise initiatives and new system rollouts.

The candidate will create Articulate Rise/Storyline courses, videos, and job aids, facilitate live sessions, and partner with project teams to ensure go-live readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 2–4 years in instructional design or L&D environment preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and ID methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops instructional materials, including e-learning.
• Delivers and maintains training programs across multiple delivery methods.
• Collaborates with SMEs to translate technical content into learner-friendly materials.
• Supports change management and user adoption through training.
