Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience designing learning solutions in a corporate, educational, or training environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methods.
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced programs.
• Ability to travel occasionally (<20%).

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning experiences, curriculum, assessments, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support tools.
• Creates role-based learning paths and structured learning journeys aligned to business needs.
• Partners with SMEs, facilitators, HR, and business leaders to identify learning needs, define objectives, and measure success.
• Leads content planning, review, and revision cycles to ensure learning materials are accurate, relevant, and scalable.
• Incorporates interactive and experiential learning strategies to improve engagement, retention, and on-the-job application.
• Evaluates learner feedback, assessment results, and business needs to continuously improve programs.
• Supports learning technology, LMS content, completion tracking, and digital course maintenance in partnership with the L&D team.
• Uses authoring tools, multimedia, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Provides stakeholder support, training, and troubleshooting for learning tools and processes.
• Supports in-person learning experiences as needed, including observing facilitation and assisting with learner experience logistics.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
