Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Instructional Designer to create strategic learning solutions that blend instructor-led, digital, and video formats for a diverse workforce.

You will translate business needs into engaging content, partner with Employee Experience/ OD teams, and drive measurable outcomes while promoting our learning and development culture. The role requires 1+ years of e-learning experience and proficiency with Articulate 360, Canva, and Vyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years proven experience using Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) or similar software.
• 1+ years of professional experience as an Instructional Designer, with strong e-learning background.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365).
• Experience with Vyond and Canva preferred.
• Familiarity with learning management systems; Workday Learning knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Producing thoughtful and comprehensive learning solutions connecting business needs with design techniques and effective assessments.
• Creating engaging, outcomes-based training programs across instructor-led, digital, and technology-based formats.
• Constructing diverse content, courses, learning paths, and curriculums for employees at all levels.
• Staying current with learning theories and instructional design methodologies; integrating branding and culture into content.
