Third Federal Learning & Development is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft engaging experiences for associates. You will apply adult learning principles to create instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning materials aligned with the Learning & Development team.

The role starts onsite and transitions to a hybrid schedule after training (3 days in office, 2 days remote per week). Responsibilities include ADDIE-based design, storyboarding, collaborating with SMEs, creating videos and guides,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design, development, and evaluation of e-learning and blended learning programs.
• Experience in banking/finance domain preferred.
• Proficient with Articulate suite, Camtasia, and Captivate.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate complex content clearly.
• Collaborate with SMEs and teams to define objectives and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning content using ADDIE.
• Storyboard and script digital learning solutions including videos and guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs to plan objectives, needs analysis, and outcomes.
• Select instructional methods and prepare materials in physical and digital formats.
• Manage course production and adhere to project timelines.
