You will design and develop learner-centered training and scalable learning experiences that help associates build capability, navigate change, and perform at their best. The ideal candidate manages multiple projects, partners with stakeholders, applies strong instructional design practices, and uses AI responsibly to improve quality,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content development.
• Degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience building scalable learning ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learner-centered experiences supporting outcomes.
• Create multi-modal solutions including eLearning and ILT.
• Translate complex content into practical learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects from analysis to measurement.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to clarify needs.
• Use AI responsibly to improve quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to design standards and governance.
