Job summary

Canon USA’s Sales Training team empowers sales reps to excel through dynamic self-paced and instructor‑led programs. We seek an Instructional Designer Specialist to build microlearning and AI‑enhanced learning experiences using Articulate 360 and Synthesia, collaborating with SMEs for web-based and instructor‑led training on launches and strategic initiatives.

This hybrid role, based in the United States with a travelup to 25%, requires in-office presence three days per week and offers remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and define course goals.
• Design and develop engaging, AI-enhanced learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Create content using AI-enabled tools including Articulate 360 and Synthesia.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects with PM best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve solutions.
