Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Austin, TX is seeking an Inside Service Sales Associate to own inquiries, quote-to-order, and coordinate fulfillment for a territory. You will be the contact for customers and prospects, handling service and service plan quotes, order submittals, and support, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

The role requires 3–5 years in inside sales and customer service, experience with CRMs/ERPs, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of inside sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with quote generation in a fast-paced environment.
• 3–5 years with CRMs and ERPs.
• Proficiency in MS Office with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with existing customers to drive sales revenue growth.
• Coordinate quotation and order fulfillment processes.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers and prospects.
• Support service and service plan quoting, and order submittal.
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM and ERP systems.
• Participate in meetings and adhere to best practices.
