Job summary

GN Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a hybrid role in Shakopee, MN. You will sell ReSound-branded and private label hearing aids to audiologists and healthcare professionals, primarily by phone, while building lasting relationships to grow existing business.

You will collaborate across teams, manage CRM data, and participate in trade shows and meetings. The position offers base pay with commissions and requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years B2B selling experience; outside sales preferred.
• Medical device/hearing industry experience desirable.
• Excellent phone sales and CRM skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Build relationships with existing customers via phone and email.
• Expand sales by managing prospect cycle from contact to close.
• Partner with outside sales, marketing, trainer and customer service.
• Detail calls and maintain SFDC with accurate account data.
• Analyze weekly sales reports and act to increase POS and wallet share.
• Prepare annual customer marketing plans with quarterly updates.
• Deliver value statements for Accelerate, Focus Marketing and related programs.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings and in-person calls about 4x/year.
