Job summary

GN Hearing / ReSound is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team in Shakopee, MN. You will create and distribute content that supports business objectives, culture, and brand reputation across internal and external channels.

You will manage an editorial calendar, coordinate with US and global teams, and develop messaging for employees, customers, and partners. Hybrid work with 3+ days in the office is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal/corporate communications, content creation, or similar role.
• Experience writing for internal audiences and customer/community channels.
• Experience creating short-form video content with basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and produce content for multiple channels and audiences.
• Maintain an integrated editorial calendar for internal, customer, patient, and community content.
• Collaborate with HR, Product R&D, Operations and other functions to align messaging.
