Job summary

HearUSA is seeking a Hearing Care Professional to deliver client-centered care across a statewide hybrid model, with 90% remote HearAssist work and 10% in local centers. You will perform hearing evaluations, select and remotely fit devices, and support ongoing care within licensure states.

Responsibilities include follow-ups, repairs, ear impressions, and stock management, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and pursuing multi-state licensure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-centric Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing; multi-state licensure preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain multi-state licensing prior to start date.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform HearAssist hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and remote fitting.
• Hold 90% statewide HearAssist responsibilities and 10% in local centers.
• Follow up, cleaning, checks, and repairs of hearing aids.
