Qualifications

• One year of sales experience (B2B/B2C)
• Hunter mindset with ability to build and grow a book of business
• Experience making cold calls and driving results
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to take and give feedback
• Leadership ambitions and competitive drive
• Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus but not required
• Able to meet individual KPIs while maintaining team competitiveness
• Grit and resourcefulness in a high-performing sales environment
