Job summary

CHG Healthcare, including Weatherby Healthcare, is seeking a sales professional to cultivate new client relationships and promote our services. You will recruit physicians as needed, customize solutions for clients, and oversee contract negotiations to align with Weatherby Locum’s strategy.

The role requires strong communication, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Raleigh, NC, with in-person collaboration twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Proven success on the client side and a track record promoting CHG/Weatherby culture.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with strong organization, prioritization and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client side business.
• Recruit physicians as demand requires.
• Customize service to fit client and provider needs.
• Maintain oversight of deals and negotiate contracts.
• Interface with teams and other departments to address client/provider needs.
• Maintain client information in FOX and ensure data quality.
• Relocate to or reside in North Carolina to support local team.
