Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer operations are required.

• Ability to engage business leaders and build relationships over multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local business leaders over the phone, email, and other channels to promote BBB accreditation.
• Hold meaningful conversations with business owners and stakeholders about customer challenges and BBB value.
• Conduct routine discovery and qualifying sales inquiries to drive growth in new accredited businesses.
• Own and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and help onboard them, including collecting membership fees.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through perseverance and a strong work ethic.
• Stay organized and manage time effectively to complete daily goals.
