Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with local business leaders over the phone, email and other channels to promote BBB accreditation.
• Hold conversations with business owners and stakeholders to understand challenges and present value of accreditation.
• Qualify sales inquiries, manage a pipeline of prospective customers, and help onboard members.
