Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Franklin, TN seeks an Inside Sales Representative for a permanent, hybrid role. You will generate new business, manage a sales pipeline and work onsite three days a week.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inside sales, a track record of meeting quotas, and strong negotiation, prospecting, and CRM skills. Base salary plus uncapped commission; occasional travel.

Bachelor's degree preferred; base+commission compensation; growth in a stable culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Generating and prospecting new business through outbound calling (60 calls a day), emailing, lead follow-up, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
• Building a sales pipeline and converting new prospects into customers.
• Conducting discovery calls with prospective customers and understanding their needs.
• Clearly communicate and sell the organization's value proposition.
• Developing quotes and proposals and negotiating deals.
• Upselling current customer accounts.
• Utilizing a CRM to document the sales cycle.
