Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm inbound and outbound leads to drive sales opportunities
• Educate customers on insurance options and recommend solutions
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to application
• Meet or exceed call volume and sales metrics
• Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
• Build rapport and provide a consultative experience
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends
