Job summary

PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for Southern California with responsibilities across Stockton and Santa Fe Springs. The role focuses on developing teams, communicating strategy to remote teams, and fostering a high-energy, winning culture.

You will train staff on Salesforce and SAP, manage talent, and drive price capture and sales in managed markets while collaborating with DSMs and RVPs to close gaps and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Liberal Arts preferred, 2-4 years related experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CRM systems.
• Familiar with company reporting software and internet software.
• SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting, onboarding, development and promotion of talent within managed district.
• Communicate go-to-market strategy and process changes to remote teams.
• Train team on business technologies (Salesforce and SAP), sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Develop and leverage ISR Leads to oversee remote distribution centers.
• Track performance metrics and drive sales growth.
