Job summary

Vertical Insure, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Minneapolis to lead a dedicated inside sales team, coordinating with CDRs and Account Executives across verticals. You will own the pipeline, coaching culture, and overall performance of inbound/outbound activities.

You will report to the VP of Sales and operate in a hybrid office setting, with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years managing an inside sales team.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding targets for meetings, pipeline and revenue.
• Experience supporting Account Executives in a pod or territory model.
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to give actionable feedback.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and build the Inside Sales team.
• Pair reps with CDRs and AEs across verticals and manage handoffs.
• Own outbound prospecting and inbound lead response per vertical.
• Design sequences and messaging with Marketing and Enablement; monitor funnel health.
• Keep CRM clean and ensure sales stack functions smoothly.
• Forecast team output and report on activity and pipeline weekly.
