Vertical Insure, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the Sports Vertical to own, retain, and grow a portfolio of partner accounts within a fast-paced embedded insurance platform.

This role emphasizes driving net revenue retention, expanding ARR, and delivering measurable partner success through strong relationships, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid in Minneapolis, local candidates only.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
• Proven success retaining and growing partner accounts with revenue responsibility.
• Experience meeting or exceeding NRR/retention targets.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized with strong project and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Ownership: be the primary owner for an assigned portfolio of partner accounts in sports vertical.
• Grow revenue by expanding usage and driving net revenue retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on goals and execution priorities.
• Provide forecasts, analytics, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
