Job summary

Galderma in Miami seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Inside Sales Account Managers, driving revenue growth via outbound phone and digital channels. You will coach performance, manage forecasts, and collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize the sales process.

The role requires 6–10 years in Inside Sales, 2+ years of leadership, and strong CRM and communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Miami with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years in Inside Sales or related field.
• 2+ years leading a sales team.
• Proven track record managing teams of five or more.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong goal setting, planning, and problem solving.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor 9 ISAMs to hit targets.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound and digital channels.
• Track KPIs and provide coaching to improve pipeline quality.
• Oversee lead qualification, follow-up, and opportunity management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize processes.
• Ensure accurate forecasts and budget adherence.
• Drive CRM data quality and process improvements.
