Job summary

KAAST Machine Tools, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in the Los Angeles, CA area. This full-time role will start as remote/home-based and transition to an in-office position once the LA warehouse is operational.

You will focus on warm leads, inbound inquiries, and developing long-term customer relationships across California. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in capital equipment or machine tool sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel about 10% for trade

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of capital equipment or machine tool sales experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Analyze customer applications to recommend equipment.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage CRM data.
• Travel approximately 10% for trade shows and visits.
• Support growth by following up on quotes and opportunities.
• Stay organized and proactive in sales pipeline management.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
