Job summary

KAAST Machine Tools, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow the Texas market and support manufacturers in finding the right CNC and fabrication equipment.

The role emphasizes working with warm leads, inbound inquiries, and building long-term customer relationships to drive revenue. You will travel ~10% for trade shows and customer visits, and you will be encouraged to visit customers to strengthen relationships and better understand their operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of capital equipment or machine tool sales experience (required).
• Experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or industrial equipment is strongly preferred.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads and respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Analyze customer applications and manufacturing processes to recommend the best equipment solutions.
• Prepare accurate and timely equipment quotations.
• Maintain customer information, opportunities, and sales activity within the company CRM.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of KAAST's machine tool and fabrication equipment product lines.
• Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities to help drive business growth.
• Stay organized, self-motivated, and proactive in managing your sales pipeline.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
