Stelvio Inc. in Scottsdale is seeking ambitious sales professionals to drive new business for our digital real estate platform. This outbound, phone-focused role offers a clear path to high earnings through uncapped commissions and a strong OTE.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Hybrid work allows 4 days in-office and 1 day remote, with a schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm MST.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in telesales, inside sales or outbound B2B.
• Proven success generating new business through cold calling and closing deals over the phone.
• Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with the ability to manage multiple platforms.
• Competitive, resilient mindset and genuine motivation to earn commission.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers (100+ per day).
• Build relationships with real estate agents, brokers and business owners.
• Introduce lead generation, digital marketing and branding solutions to prospects.
• Understand customer needs and demonstrate ROI of the solutions.
• Handle objections and close new business over the phone.
• Work toward activity and revenue targets and manage the sales pipeline.
• Manage customer interactions and sales activity through CRM systems.
