Realtor.com in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Contract Revenue Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume inside sales roles. This hybrid role requires hands-on sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and participate in local recruiting events while supporting the Revenue Talent Attraction Team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume setting.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify top talent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using ATS; Jobvite preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for inside sales and related roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on talent needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
• Represent Realtor.com at local or virtual job fairs and events.
