Job summary

Emser Tile LLC seeks a versatile Customer Support & Warehouse Representative hybrid in our local Texas branch. You’ll deliver sales-minded customer service and manage account operations, while also supporting essential warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities span order entry, product inquiries, payments, inventory handling, and showroom upkeep. A background in customer service and warehouse environments is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and trust-building skills.
• Knowledge of basic math and inventory counting; forklift cert a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with internal and external customers, delivering outstanding service in person or by phone.
• Streamlines coordination between the company and customers to drive sales.
• Assist customers with product selections and order entry; manage pricing inquiries and order status.
• Handle daily account operations, payments, and end-of-day paperwork.
• Inspect and stock inventory, perform monthly audits, and maintain showroom standards.
• Support warehouse operations from intake to shipping, including sample boards.
