Job summary

Airline-Hydraulics-Corporation- is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Aftermarket – Power Generation in Bristol, PA. The role supports power generation customers in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, Bristol, PA) and collaborates with engineering, sales, and project management to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with product selections, coordinate with vendors, and manage orders and quotations across ERP and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Power generation knowledge or experience preferred.
• Strong ability to understand technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and web.
• Assist customers in selecting products/services based on requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments to fulfill customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and process orders in ERP and internal systems.
• Maintain customer relations and support aftermarket questions.
