Job summary

Option Care Health seeks an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in homes or infusion suites, under physician plans. You will coordinate treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure safe, compliant care with real-time documentation.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year infusion experience, and CPR certification. Travel up to 100% may be required in some assignments.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software with ability to document care.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements nursing plans of care for home/infusion settings.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Coordinates discharge planning and prepares discharge summaries.
• Maintains timely clinical documentation for billing and compliance.
• Communicates with the clinical team and coordinates care across settings.
