Job summary

Lyft seeks an experienced Indirect Global Supply Manager to lead category strategies for Marketing, Advertising, and technology spend. You will own supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings and operational excellence.

The role requires strong analytics, project management, and negotiation skills to drive end-to-end procurement and SRM programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• CSCP/CPM certifications may be advantageous.
• 3–5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing focusing on indirect categories.
• Experience with procurement technology platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long term Category Strategies for managed categories to achieve cost optimization and continuous supply.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes: market analysis, RFx, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Implement SRM programs and KPIs to drive supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with budgets and business objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise and drive best practices across teams.
• Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers and coordinate with Legal/Compliance teams.
