Aurora is hiring a Staff Global Supply Manager - Indirect to lead end-to-end procurement for indirect categories and partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, IT and People. The role emphasizes negotiation, risk mitigation and value delivery in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will establish global sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with Aurora’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, with software/SaaS focus.
• Proven success in multi-stakeholder negotiations and cost savings.
• Strong cost modeling, should-cost, and TCO experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience in fast-growth technology companies with evolving needs.
• Outstanding stakeholder management across levels.
• Solid contract law understanding including SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for indirect categories: software, SaaS, services, IT, and contingent labor.
• Develop global sourcing strategies balancing cost, risk, quality, and speed.
• Manage supplier relationships with quarterly reviews and KPIs.
• Partner with Legal on contract review, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Drive process excellence and ensure procurement playbooks and templates are maintained.
