Job summary

Lyft is seeking an experienced Indirect Global Supply Manager to lead the Global Supply Chain Team in San Francisco, CA. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend within the Technology portfolio, manage supplier relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and drive cost savings and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include end-to-end procurement, SRM program implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is typically required.
• Relevant certifications (CSCP, CPM) may be advantageous.
• Experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, especially indirect categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term category strategies for managed categories.
• Drive cost optimization, supplier health, and continuous supply.
• Lead end-to-end procurement: market analysis, RFx, evaluations, contracts.
• Implement SRM programs and KPIs for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with budgets.
• Advise the business with subject matter expertise and best practices.
• Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Security on contracts.
• Communicate effectively to influence at all levels.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion via strategic sourcing.
