Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands is seeking a senior procurement professional to develop and execute category strategies across indirect spend and services, delivering measurable cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and value creation.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business objectives, lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, and ensure compliance, governance, and risk management in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
• CPSM/CIPS/CPM or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for indirect spend and services
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives: market analysis, RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, implementation
• Identify cost reduction, value creation, demand management, and risk mitigation opportunities
• Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate cross-functional sourcing teams
• Establish and govern preferred supplier programs and conduct supplier performance reviews
