ProDriven Global Brands in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing professional to develop and execute category strategies across indirect spend and services. You will lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiate contracts, and drive measurable cost savings while aligning with business objectives.

The role partners with internal stakeholders, manages supplier governance, and drives continuous improvement. It is a hybrid position requiring in-office collaboration several days weekly.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• CPSM, CIPS, CPM or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Experience with procurement tools and ERP systems (SAP/Ariba/Coupa/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for indirect spend services.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives including market analysis, RFx, negotiations, and contracting.
• Identify cost reduction, value creation, and risk mitigation opportunities across categories.
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Drive supplier governance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
