You will enable procurement best practices through standardization and continuous improvement, partnering with GSM and cross-functional stakeholders to embed standards into tooling and workflows.

You will drive automation, lead SRM programs, and guide end-to-end procurement workflows with AI. Strong analytics, project management, and change management skills are essential for delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience with Oracle, Zip, analytics tools, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Embed procurement standards into tooling and workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement with technology and best practices.
• Operationalize policies through automation with compliant workflows.
• Lead training and change management for stakeholders.
