Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst to join the North America region. The role focuses on administering SPIF and TDS Rewards, coordinating quarterly and yearly plan setups, and partnering with Finance, HR, and business leaders to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Follows instructions accurately and seeks clarification when requirements are ambiguous.
• Proficient with standard office technology and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms); able to operate common office equipment.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, including performing complex mathematical calculations and reconciling data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicates clearly and professionally—verbally and in writing—and tailors messages to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and setting up new plans every quarter or year in the incentive management tool.
• Support (or lead) payout process, including calculations, manual compensation adjustments, approval process.
• Administer SPIF programs and TDS Rewards incentives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Perform monthly accounting activities such as calculate month-end and quarter-end accruals, analyses, and reconciliations.
• Respond to inquiries and requests from internal customers and resolve questions related to calculations and tooling.
• Ensure that all compensation policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Liaise with incentive management tool provider to troubleshoot and resolve operational system issues.
• Maintain operational reporting functionalities in the incentive management tool and develop reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement approved changes.
• Improve current process of gathering financial results from country Finance teams.
• Support all testing requirements for system enhancements.
• Ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
