Job summary

TD SYNNEX in North America seeks an Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst to administer SPIF and TDS Rewards programs and to partner with Finance, HR, and business leaders to ensure accurate payout processing. You will coordinate quarterly plan setups, perform accruals, and develop reports while driving process improvements.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. A hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in incentive compensation or finance operations.
• Follows instructions accurately and seeks clarification when requirements are ambiguous.
• Proficient with standard office technology and productivity tools (Microsoft 365).
• Demonstrated analytical skills with accurate data reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail with efficiency and precision.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional with diverse audiences.
• Collaborates across teams and levels; can present to management.
• Organized, with time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information per policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and set up new incentive plans quarterly or annually in the tool.
• Support or lead payout processes, including calculations and adjustments.
• Work with Finance and HR to align with performance results and approvals.
• Administer SPIF and TDS Rewards incentives to meet business goals.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end accruals and reconcile analyses.
• Respond to inquiries and provide tool/navigation training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies and procedures.
• Liaise with the incentive management tool provider to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and distribute standard and ad-hoc operational reports.
• Identify process improvements and support automation and simplification.
• Assist in testing system enhancements and handle ad-hoc projects.
