Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst to join the regional Accounting Operations team supporting APJ. The role focuses on administering incentive plans, coordinating payout processes, and ensuring accuracy of month-end accruals while collaborating with Finance, HR, and business leaders.

You will develop processes, generate reports, and drive improvements in compensation operations, including automation opportunities and controls to support audit requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience with incentive compensation or payroll systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly and annual incentive plan setup in the compensation tool.
• Support payout processes and approvals with Finance and HR.
• Perform month-end accruals and journal entries, and assist audits.
• Respond to inquiries and train users on reports and tools.
• Identify process improvements and automate where possible.
