Job summary

ZipRecruiter, Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Account Executive in a hybrid US-based role. You will drive new business by reaching out to employers, demoing the ZipRecruiter platform, and guiding free trials to paid accounts.

The company’s Dev Bay training sets you up for long-term success through hands-on sales training and role-play. Initial onboarding includes one week of onboarding followed by seven weeks of intensive training, with ongoing development and a focus on building real-world

Qualifications

• 1+ year cold calling experience.
• 1+ year prospecting experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a 30–45 day sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Hit or exceed your monthly new business quota.
• Seek and secure net new accounts via cold calling and emailing.
• Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline.
• Schedule and run demos with clients.
• Manage client funnels from free trials into paying accounts.
• Develop and openly share best practices among peers.
• Make 50+ calls/day to assigned companies (SMB & Mid‑Market).
• Execute a defined email cadence delivering 100+ emails per day.
• Meet and exceed activity and performance goals every 30 days.
