Job summary

NISC is seeking a Project Manager within the Operations – Asset & Ticket Management team to implement plant records and ticketing applications in iVUE. You will coordinate projects, manage timelines, and translate member requirements into configured interfaces and options.

Responsibilities include analyzing member systems, ensuring proper data conversion to NISC software, and guiding customers through implementation, training, and ongoing support with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Telecom/Broadband experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office products.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer support to internal and external customers.
• Conduct implementation analysis and identify gaps in features.
• Oversee resolution of software functionality gaps.
• Follows established software implementation methodologies.
• Performs quality testing related to system integration.
• Prepare and complete implementation documents.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support.
