Job summary

NISC in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a qualified professional to work with our Operations - Asset & Ticket Management products. You will implement the plant records and trouble ticketing applications within iVUE, including mobile solutions, scheduling tools, and open APIs, while coordinating with members and customers as a project manager to meet timelines.

The role requires 5+ years Telecom/Broadband experience, strong Excel skills, customer focus, and solid problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters.
• Conduct implementation analysis.
• Identify gaps in features and functionality in software and oversee resolution.
• Follow established software implementation methodologies and procedures.
• Perform quality testing related to system integration for assigned tasks.
• Prepare and complete implementation documents.
• Utilize implementation best practices and artifacts for all projects.
• Assist customers in implementation including troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support.
