Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead software implementations for Member/Customers and manage projects end-to-end. You will train users on the Customer Care and Billing product and validate converted data, providing support via phone, email, remote, or on-site.

Hybrid schedule after training, with travel 10–20% as needed. A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred, and you will apply strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software implementations and project management.
• Ability to train end users and provide application support.
• Knowledge of data mapping and data validation.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to meet project goals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform in coordinating basic software implementation project plans.
• Present and train software application to all applicable Member/Customers end users.
• Validate the accuracy of converted data and drive Member/Customer engagement in verification of the data.
• Provide application support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform data mapping from legacy systems.
• Create and adjust software configuration according to project requirements.
• Leverage generative AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, creativity, and problem-solving within the scope of the role.
