Job summary

The role focuses on ensuring fidelity of instructional delivery, coordinating professional development, and delivering high-level instructional support to teachers and faculty.

Responsibilities include organizing annual learning institutes, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and guiding data-driven decisions to improve course engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in History or closely related field and meets Instructor of Record requirements for U.S. History.
• Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.
• Proficient in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) or another LMS.
• Exceptional customer service skills with decorum and tact.
• Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 instructional, professional development, and technical support to OnRamps Instructors.
• Co-develop and implement annual professional learning institutes.
• Maintain weekly newsletters and host monthly conferences or site visits.
• Monitor curriculum implementation for fidelity and learning outcomes.
• Ensure grading mechanics are executed with fidelity and calibrate assessments.
