Homans Associates II LLC is recruiting a Jr Territory Manager for the Wilmington, MA area. This outside sales role involves building relationships with HVAC contractors, cold calling, and growing accounts while traveling within the territory.

You will complete training, manage leads in a CRM, and participate in trade shows as needed. A valid driver’s license and a proactive, people-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or people-focused work.
• Willingness to learn and be coachable, aiming for a long-term sales career.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete Homans Jr Territory Manager training program.
• Cold call HVAC contractors to introduce products/services.
• Build and maintain a target account list from directories and research.
• Travel within the territory to meet customers in person and follow up on leads.
• Engage customers with confident conversations, listen and earn trust.
• Support sales by recommending products based on customer needs.
• Quote and help process orders in line with procedures with coaching.
