Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a people-focused role.
• Willingness to learn; coachable, with a desire to build a long-term sales career.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Jr Territory Manager training program.
• Cold call and prospect HVAC contractors to introduce our company and services/products.
• Build and maintain a target account list using directories, internet research, trade shows, etc.
