Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a skilled HCM Solutions Architect to lead the Workday roadmap and optimize HCM solutions across the organization.

You will collaborate with People, Finance and IT to translate business needs into scalable system designs, drive automation via AI, and ensure security and SOX alignment. This is a hybrid role requiring 1–2 days in the Plano office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of HRIS experience with Workday HCM modules.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and implementation.
• Experience as a solution architect on full-life-cycle Workday projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of Workday configurations for HCM.
• Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and prioritize improvements.
• Oversee data integrity and security configurations.
• Evaluate add-on products to enhance employee experience.
• Provide governance and compliance for SOX and privacy in HRIS.
