Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a Director, Strategic Talent Business Partners to lead the People Group for US practices. The role covers Talent Management, Employee Relations, Rewards, Policy & Procedure development, and Compliance, in close partnership with IT and Finance to deliver scalable HR programs.

Based in our Plano HQ, this hybrid role requires onsite work two days weekly. A bachelor’s in HR, 8–10 years HR leadership experience, PHR (SPHR preferred) and Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• 8–10 years progressive HR leadership experience
• PHR certification required; SPHR preferred
• Experience with Workday is preferred
• Strong supervisory and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of employee relations, investigations, and resolution.
• Coordinate immigration and expatriate assignments and visas with Legal.
• Develop and maintain service delivery and succession plans for US divisions.
• Maintain strong communication and presentation skills for executives and teams.
• Directly supervise HR staff and collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal.
• Ensure policies are up-to-date and HR intranet/external content is accurate.
