Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRIS administration experience in a professional services environment.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of HRIS project management and systems implementation experience.
• Hands-on with HRIS data integrity and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across HR, Payroll and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy and roadmap for the firm.
• Manage HRIS implementations and system integrations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
• Perform data integrity audits and generate actionable insights.
